During our stay, we encountered significant disappointments. Our room had a terrible smell, resembling urine, which made it very uncomfortable to relax. Though it was clean, the odor lingered and overshadowed our experience. We were too hesitant to complain, but it greatly affected our stay and made us rethink returning in the future.
